Agricultural Minister of Slovenia tours the Estate forestry.

Today we had a visit from the Agricultural Minister of Slovenia who was looking around the Estate forestry with Tilhill Forestry. The purpose of the visit was for the minister to explore the nature of typical productive conifer forests on a traditional Scottish estate. At present, Slovenia is reliant on exporting most of its round wood. The Minister was keen to see how Scotland has added value and been able to expand the market.
